Yapılış Tarihi | 15 May 2026, Friday
Bucak Hikmet Tolunay Transportation and Logistics Vocational School's Transportation Services Department, in collaboration with the Child Development Program, held the “Cabin Experience with Little Ones” event, providing preschool students with an unforgettable flight experience.
Under the leadership of Dr. Faculty Member Ü. Beste YILDIRIM and Instructor Merve ALTUN, the event held on May 13, 2026, in our Vocational School's Mock-Up classroom was attended by students, teachers, and administrative staff from Zübeyde Hanım Preschool and Vilayetler Hizmet Birliği Preschool.
In the hands-on event prepared based on a real flight scenario, the little guests had the opportunity to experience the fundamental stages of a flight, such as passenger acceptance process, cabin and cockpit announcements, safety briefings, and in-flight catering services. The students showed great interest in the applications conducted in the cabin environment, experiencing both a fun and educational experience.
The event aimed to support children's social communication skills, raise awareness of transportation vehicles, and introduce them to aviation culture at an early age. Thanks to the applications conducted in the mock-up classroom reflecting the real flight atmosphere, students had the opportunity to closely get to know the world of aviation.
It is planned that social responsibility-based activities that strengthen interaction with the community and contribute to children's development will continue in the future by our Vocational School.
