An applied event was organized by the Transportation Services Department, operating under Bucak Hikmet Tolunay Vocational School, for students who have never experienced air travel before.
On May 11, 2026, students from different departments of our Vocational School participated in the event held in the mock-up classroom. In the application prepared based on a real flight scenario, students had the opportunity to experience firsthand the basic stages of a flight such as the boarding process, cabin and cockpit announcements, safety briefings, and in-flight catering services.
Thanks to the in-cabin service applications carried out by the Transportation Services Department students, participants closely observed the service processes offered during the flight. Throughout the event, it was aimed for students to gain awareness of the aviation sector and to experience the excitement of their first flight in a safe and educational environment.
The application, carried out in a realistic atmosphere, contributed to students gaining experience in communication, passenger relations, and service processes, while also increasing their interest in the aviation sector.
