Announcement About Applications for Excuse Midterm Exams

From our students studying at our university, those who could not attend the Midterm Exams in the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year due to their excuses and want to participate in the Excuse Midterm Exams; must fill out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu starting from November 27, 2023, until November 29, 2023, at 24:00 or apply in person to the dean's offices/directorates of the faculty/YO/MYO they are registered with a petition and its attachments showing their excuses.

Our students who want to apply online must log in with their student number and student information system (ÖBİS) passwords, check and approve the information that appears, and follow the steps below.

They must enter the course and course instructor information and click the “Add Course Information” button,

They must briefly state their reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam,

If they have mandatory excuses that need to be documented, they must upload the relevant documents (health report, death certificate, etc.) in PDF format,

After filling in the fields marked with (*) completely, they must click the “Submit Application to Unit” button to complete the process.

The specified application periods will not be extended under any circumstances, and all responsibility regarding the application lies with the student.

Applications for the excuse exam of Common Elective Courses (OSD) will be made to the unit where the course is offered.
